Processing
Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on business days ship the same day; orders after the cutoff ship the next business day. Tracking is emailed as soon as your label is created.
Delivery
Most orders arrive within 2–5 business days. Compounds are packaged under controlled conditions in discreet, unbranded packaging to preserve product integrity in transit.
Coverage
Shipment protection is included on every order at no extra charge.
Lost, Damaged, or Stolen
Contact us with your order number and we'll ship a replacement after a brief claim review. See the Refund Policy for details.
Address Errors
We're not responsible for delivery to an incorrect address entered at checkout; contact us immediately if you catch an error and we'll try to intercept it.
