Refund Policy
Research Products
Due to the nature of research compounds, opened or unsealed products cannot be returned. This protects every customer's guarantee that products are untouched and verifiable against their CoA.
Unopened Products
Unopened products in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method. Contact us for a return authorization before shipping anything back; return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Orders
Covered by included shipment protection. Report within 14 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date) with your order number, and we'll ship a replacement or issue a refund after a brief claim review.
Wrong Item Received
We'll make it right at no cost to you. Contact us with your order number and a photo of what arrived.
Refund Timing
Approved refunds are issued within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
