Shipping & Returns Policy
Effective Date: January 1, 2026
This Shipping & Returns Policy governs the purchase, shipment, delivery, and finality of sale of products sold by AminoWave Labs (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order through our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Shipping & Returns Policy.
1. Shipping Methods
AminoWave Labs ships orders exclusively through the following UPS services, as made available at checkout:
- UPS Ground
- UPS 2nd Day Air
- UPS Next Day Air
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to select the specific shipping method used for fulfillment where necessary for operational, carrier, or service-related reasons, provided the selected method is reasonably comparable to the shipping service purchased.
2. Order Processing
Orders are processed only after full payment has been successfully received and cleared. Processing times may vary. Estimated shipping or delivery timeframes are not guaranteed and do not constitute a binding promise or warranty of delivery by any specific date or time.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays unless expressly stated otherwise by the Company.
3. Delivery Estimates; No Guarantee
Any shipping or delivery dates provided on the website, at checkout, by email, or in any other communication are estimates only. Such dates are not guaranteed. Transit times begin only after an order has been processed and tendered to UPS.
AminoWave Labs shall not be liable for delays in shipment or delivery caused by UPS, weather, service interruptions, labor disruptions, governmental action, supply chain issues, force majeure events, or any other cause beyond our reasonable control.
4. Risk of Loss; Title
All products purchased from AminoWave Labs are shipped pursuant to a shipment contract. Title to, and risk of loss for, the products passes to the purchaser upon our delivery of the package to the carrier. Once an order has been transferred to UPS, the purchaser assumes all risk of loss, theft, damage, delay, or misdelivery in transit, except to the extent otherwise required by applicable law.
5. Customer Responsibility for Shipping Information
The customer is solely responsible for providing complete, accurate, and deliverable shipping information at the time of purchase. AminoWave Labs shall have no responsibility or liability for shipments delayed, misdelivered, returned, lost, or otherwise affected due to inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or undeliverable address information submitted by the customer.
If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, refusal of delivery, or inability to deliver, the Company reserves the right to refuse reshipment, refuse refund, charge additional shipping and handling fees, or treat the order as abandoned, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
6. Tracking; Carrier Issues
Tracking information may be provided once available. It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor tracking updates and make any necessary delivery arrangements directly with UPS.
AminoWave Labs is not responsible for carrier scanning errors, missed scans, delivery exceptions, delayed updates, or any inaccurate or incomplete tracking information supplied by the carrier.
7. Lost, Stolen, Delayed, or Misdelivered Packages
Once a package has been accepted by UPS, AminoWave Labs is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, damaged in transit, or marked delivered but not received. The customer is responsible for contacting UPS to initiate any available trace, investigation, claim, or recovery process.
Any assistance we may choose to provide in connection with a carrier issue is purely courtesy-based and does not constitute an admission of liability or a waiver of any rights under this Policy.
8. No Returns; No Exchanges; All Sales Final
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Due to the nature of the products sold by AminoWave Labs, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or product send-backs under any circumstances, except where required by applicable law.
Without limiting the foregoing, AminoWave Labs does not accept returns or exchanges for reasons including, but not limited to:
- change of mind
- mistaken order
- ordering the wrong product
- dissatisfaction after shipment
- refusal of delivery
- carrier delay
- carrier non-delivery
- incorrect address provided by the customer
- package theft after delivery
- package marked delivered by the carrier
By placing an order, the customer expressly acknowledges and agrees that all purchases are final and non-returnable.
9. No Cancellations After Submission
Orders may not be canceled, modified, or combined after submission. Once an order is placed, it enters processing and fulfillment workflows and cannot be reversed or altered.
AminoWave Labs reserves the right, but not the obligation, to cancel any order at its sole discretion before shipment. In such event, our sole obligation shall be limited to refunding the amount actually paid for the canceled order.
10. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If the customer receives a package that appears materially damaged in transit or believes the wrong item was shipped, the customer must notify AminoWave Labs in writing within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.
Any such notice must include:
- the order number
- a detailed description of the issue
- clear photographs of the outer packaging
- clear photographs of the shipping label
- clear photographs of the product received
Failure to provide notice within the required time period, or failure to provide adequate supporting documentation, may result in denial of the request.
Submission of a claim does not guarantee replacement, refund, credit, or any other remedy. Any remedy, if offered, shall be determined by AminoWave Labs in its sole discretion, except where otherwise required by law.
11. Refused, Undeliverable, or Returned Shipments
If a shipment is refused, unclaimed, returned as undeliverable, or otherwise returned to sender, AminoWave Labs shall have no obligation to issue a refund. Any reshipment, if permitted, shall be at the customer’s sole expense and only after payment of any applicable additional shipping, handling, storage, or administrative charges.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AminoWave Labs’s total liability arising out of or relating to any order, shipment, non-delivery, delay, damaged package, incorrect shipment, or any issue governed by this Policy shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the customer for the specific product(s) at issue.
In no event shall AminoWave Labs be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including without limitation lost profits, lost business, loss of opportunity, or any other economic or non-economic loss, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
13. Reservation of Rights
AminoWave Labs reserves the right to refuse service, refuse shipment, cancel orders, limit quantities, request additional verification, or revise this Shipping & Returns Policy at any time, in its sole discretion, without prior notice, subject to applicable law.
14. Governing Interpretation
This Policy shall be interpreted as broadly as permitted under applicable law. If any provision of this Policy is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
